About commissions

• Any Plush purchased from me may not be used for commercial use without permission. You may display and use your plush for non-commercial use.• These are Hand-Sewn products and not made for Children or Animals, I am not responsible for any tearing or breaking in that case. I try to make my plushies as sturdy as possible with multiple layers of stitching around finer details, and always use heavy duty thread for hand sewn parts. But still that doesn't mean it's immune to physical damage.• You must not replicate the pattern used on your plush especially for sales.• I reserve the right to reject any commission request, I will reply with why it was rejected and if there is a way to fix it.• As soon as you take a slot, I will be purchasing materials for the plush so please be 100% sure when ordering you can afford to do so.
• I will send you work-in-progress images during the plush conception, you must point out at either of these stages what (if any) changes need to be made. Once a part is finished (head, body, paws, ...), I can not edit the plush anymore without asking you extra.• I may post any commission work on my social media for advertisement purposes, they will not be included in paid ads or re-sold.• I do my best to reach the size you'd want, but I can't be totally accurate about it.• You may not sell any of my plushies for a profit, do not commission me if this is your intention.

Pricing guide

• Each plush is unique, so base prices are a bare minimum estimation to help you know how much you may need for a plush.• I work mostly with minky fabric. If another fabric is needed, such as faux fur, a supplement to the pricing may be added.• Prices added for complex embroidery, colors etc... are calculated with both material needed and the time it will cost me to do everything. More colors equals more work !• Accessories could be made, but are in extra, need to be discussed case-by-case. However, i can do only simple ones.• Small color accents doesn’t count in the global color count.

Commission payment

• At the moment i can't accept payment via PayPal and here you can see relevant payment ways (PayPal works with some of them)
If nothing would work, i'll try to find person with PayPal who can transfer money to me.• You will have 7 days after we discussed everything and payment needs to be paid, otherwise I will cancel your commission.• I'll prefer if you save money and pay all in once, but I can accept short payment plans.• I will start work only after receiving at least 70 percent of the full cost.

Process

The prices shown in this table are the starting prices. They'll increase according to the difficulty of the character, time to spend on it, and materials needed.During the process, I send regular pictures of the progress of my work. Work is done according to the concept agreed upon with you in advance.
It is possible to modify some minor details (within reasonable limits) that wasn't in the concept, but if it is a more complex part, I will require an extra fee (time and money are involved for each step) and it's also may be not possible.
It is therefore important to have good references so that my work can come as close as possible.
However, don't forget that I'm not a robot, so I'm not able to reproduce your plush character in a perfectly identical way.

Plush conception time

• Depending on the complexity of the plush, my current requests, and my motivation, a plush can take a several weeks aswell as several months to complete.• I’ll complete each commissioned plush the order i decide to do it, but usually i work in the order of the queue. My queue can be seen in my Telegram info channel• I may be not able to accept any deadline except ones i decide myself. Sewing takes a lot of time so i can't be sure how much it would take to make your order, and if i can fit in your deadline. But you can ask if i can do that, though it would cost a fee.
It's really hard fo me to count exact deadline, because many things in craft doesn't depend from me. However, usually your commission wouldn't last more than 6 months.

Shipping

• Shipping fees are not included on the price quote and needs to be paid extra.• Mails and packages are always sent with tracking. I do not offer untracked mailing.• I will notify you once I ship your plush, and give you the tracking number.• From the moment I entrust the package to delivery post, I am not responsible for what may happen to it during the delivery. There is therefore no refund possible from my side.• The shipping charges don't include any possible import duties, customs fees, taxes and similar surcharges that may apply in any country. I have no control over those and they will be the entire responsibility of the person placing the order.

Additional services

• Private commission
I won't show anywhere nor post your plush. It costs +100% of final price. You need to let me know about this at the moment of the order.
If it's a surprise gift for someone (for ex. bday gift) you can ask me to postpone showing your plush, it's free.
• Increase the priority
Your plush will be in my priority and you will move to the top of my queue. You can ask for this at the moment of payment, or after some time too, if you are tired of waiting. It costs +50% of final price.

First you need to choose what plush pattern you would like me to use for your OC's plushification.
Second - you need to prepare your OC being plushified. A beautiful helping tutorial by NazFX can be find here . It's about ponies, but works with any type of craft things. Huge help would be if you would be able to draw what you want to see, how you imagine your plush to be - it would sharply shorten a time of making a plush. Don't be ashamed if you can't draw well - it's okay, you don't need to draw it super-duper qualitative.

Custom pattern plushie

So far, I'm quite new to creating my own patterns, but we can try to make a plushie based on some simple pattern designed especially for you (or, for example, based on existing toys). The cost of creating a toy based on such a pattern is calculated individually and starts from 300USD
To do this I need a detailed sketch and references of what you would like to see. You can also contact me by purchasing a certain pattern on Etsy or something like that, if I like the pattern and would like to use it in future, I will make you a discount for the price of pattern (the right to use this pattern remains with me). If not - pattern would remain with you, I won't be using it in the future.
